Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best service for all of my clients, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice by phone or text if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Lateness Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure I can provide the best service. Unfortunately, this may also impact time for certain portions of your service, such as shampooing or styling. Please let me know if you are running late, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Refunds/Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your service or any product purchased, please let me know immediately so we can address your concerns. I stand by the quality of my services and the products I use.
Deposits/Cancellation Fee
For color services that are expected to take over 3.5 hours or for new client services, a deposit of $50 may be required. This deposit is transferable if you need to reschedule within the 24-hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Deposits are also required for extension services to cover the cost of custom-matched hair. The deposit for extensions will vary based on the specifics of the service.
